剧情简介
影片由以色列、德国、法国及罗马利亚合拍，主人公是耶路撒冷最大的食品公司的人力资源经理。他不得不自己的妻女分离，做着一份根本讨厌的的工作。当一名外籍员工在自杀爆炸事件中意外丧生之后，公司面临着管理疏忽的指责，而这名人力资源经理被送往死者的罗马尼亚老家寻求和解。他面对的是死 者的妻子，渐渐地他开始尊敬和爱戴这个女人，并且学会了用自己的良心和努力去真正地关心那些“人力资源”。
